They stay at home to run the household and support the family. They are not your typical soccer Moms. They smile when they refer to each other as blogging Moms. They now support their families with love and revenue. They describe themselves as an internet accident that became a success story.

They discovered that they could make money blogging about some of their prime interests. They all met each other through the school that their children attended in the neighborhood.

One of the women had been designing jewelry and making artistic jewelry pieces for years. She posted pictures on her social site showing pieces she made for friends getting married or for a member of the family.

Retirement Opportunities Have Changed For Many People

The conventional retirement routines of the past that our parents experienced are becoming vague memories. Most folks are certain that their future will be full of changes and that planning will have to become more adaptive.

Parents used to sell the house, purchase an RV and travel the country. Nomads in their fully automatic caravans huddling at the campground oasis located somewhere near an interstate highway. Now they may have the house and a second career.

Some of these parents must marvel that their baby boomer children parked new RVs in the driveway of their modern homes while they were still raising a tribe of their own. This generation as a whole experienced financial success beyond that of their parents.

There is a guy in our neighborhood that has found a way to make money online and it has changed his life. He was living on his pension and staying fairly close to home to conserve his savings for the remainder of his years.

The traditional retirement path of our parents does really exist on a large scale anymore. There are many different types of post work force situations. Many of us understand that our plans will not be like our parents and we look forward anticipating more modifications in the fast changing future.
